Why do we use rosemary with lamb, or dill with potatoes? This is a practical weekend, not only about why we use herbs in cooking, but also about basic nutrition. Starting with our senses of taste & smell, we will learn to identify & select appropriate herbs from our garden (or supermarket!) - herbs to complement the rest of our food. We will prepare Vinegars, Oils & Waters overnight, we will make & share delicious meals from both familiar and surprising ingredients, we will have inspired plans for our garden & kitchen - and return home understanding how to create more healthy recipes.
